GETTING THE RIGHT BIKE FOR YOU
At Ribble, we believe the best bike is the one that’s right for you. That's why we don’t have stores and warehouses full of pre-built bikes; every Ribble bike is made to order by our skilled mechanics in Lancashire, UK. That means, whether it's a leisure bike or a UCI-approved race machine, every bike can be built to your needs. Because there’s no such thing as an average rider, we don't believe your bike should be average either.
ONLINE
Most customers confidently order the right size using our simple sizing guide. Each bike comes with detailed specs, geometry, and measurements for every size. Plus, our site has useful tips on sizing, adjusting, and what to do when you're between sizes. Need more help? Check our Help Centre or speak to a real person in customer service (including video calls).
IN STORE
Prefer a face-to-face experience? Visit one of our stores, where we’ll measure you up and set you up on a sizing jig to replicate your chosen bike. Feel the difference between models and tweak specs to suit your preferences.
BIKE FIT
Even with the right size, two riders of the same height can look and ride very differently. A Bike Fit tunes your bike to match your physiology, riding style, and even cleat alignment. If you're spending hours in the saddle, this could be one of your best investments. You can choose to have a Bike Fit at home with Ribble at any point – ahead of your next bike purchase, or just to get your existing setup fitting you perfectly.
COMPLETE FIT-OUT
Maximise your investment in a new bike with our COMPLETE FIT-OUT service. Start with an upfront Bike Fit to diagnose your ideal size and setup before you order. Then, your fitter helps specify your bike to match your size, physiology, and riding style. Once your bike is delivered, a follow-up session fine-tunes the details for your perfect ride.
A GOOD FIT MATTERS
Every rider is different. So, whether you’re chasing PBs, commuting daily or exploring at weekends, a well-fitted bike can help you ride more comfortably, perform better and avoid unnecessary strain.
Here’s why it can make such a big difference:
RIDE IN COMFORT
A properly fitted bike feels more natural from the first pedal stroke. With the right position, you can avoid strain on your neck, pressure on your hands and shifting around to get settled. Just smooth comfortable miles every time.
BOOST PERFORMANCE
With an optimised position, every watt you put in drives you forward. You pedal more efficiently and can ride further without fatigue creeping in. It’s an upgrade that can make a huge difference.
AVOID INJURY
A poor position on a bike can cause knee pain, back issues, numb hands or feet. Getting your body well aligned means your muscles fire the way they should, helping you ride stronger for longer.
