This Restrap pannier is crafted from PU-coated fabrics that form a durable, water-resistant barrier with a flexible, stretchable backing. For maximum protection, these fabrics are paired with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating—a specialist treatment that creates a hydrophobic surface. This causes water to bead and roll off quickly, keeping your gear dry no matter how wet the ride gets.
